On May 4, this substack shared that Democrat Mayor Deegan, broke the law by keeping secret lists of citizens who carried personal hand guns with them as they entered two city buildings. This has been going on since 2023.
Now, she is advising law enforcement to ignore immigration laws.
As reported by Breitbart News, the city Office of General Counsel, appointed by the Mayor, was instructed to inform local officials to NOT enforce state or local laws on illegal immigration. What else can be said here?
A Democrat office holder is brazenly breaking the law, and asking others to do the same. Let me cut to the chase. She belongs in jail, as do all law-breakers. If we can bring this country back to that one simple premise, we will be much better off.
It’s really not that hard, if you believe in the laws on which our nation was founded.
Jacksonville City Council Pres.-elect, Kevin Carrico, called the blatant law-breaking move, an “overreach’.
l’ll say.
Mr. Carrico, a member of the City Council since 2020, was recently elected to his position by an 18-1 vote. Carrico is a Republican. In his statement to Breitbart, he said that he expects the States’ Attorney and perhas Gov. DeSantis to weigh in on this.
I would certainly hope that Tallahassee DOES make a strong statement. An office-holder elected by the people owes their constituents a lawful presence. Perhaps Tallahassee has forgotten; it seems they may have, judging bythe last year or so.
With all the things going down in the RPOF, I will have to say that any statement made should be interesting. The party in charge of Florida at the moment, is removing constitutuionally-elected officials from their positions across the state. These are the citizens, elected by their fellow citizens, who believe that people have the right to disagree with forced development, wildly escalating taxes, and much else. The targets of the RPOF attack, from counties arond the state, believe in citizens’ rights to self-governance. Basic constitutuional principles
The RPOF is blatantly breaking the law and could care less. They are, essentially in the same class as the Jacksonville Mayor. Kind of a politically “ticklish” situation, to say the least. I’ll be looking forward to what the AG and Gov. have to say. If anything.
Blessings,
Kat
If that sheriff had a set he would have arrested that pos mayor right there & then! For has total authority in his cnty! The sheriff has authority over the FBI and ever the President!!!
