Very well-written and spot on! It's no wonder we are losing our country. Since becoming Ambassador of Defend Florida, as an author who speaks throughout FL since 2019, as leader of the Pinellas Defend Florida group, and founder of Pinellas Watchdogs, I've witnessed a lot of these shenanigans first-hand. The war between the RINOs and Trump supporters is real and real nasty. While DF has been accomplishing much since 2021, so much more could have been accomplished if only the RINOs had not sabotaged our efforts every step of the way. Had they joined forces with us, our Elections processes would be a whole lot cleaner today. Thank you Kat for what I know was a very time-consuming article. You are a true Patriot.
Thank you back, for all YOU do! DF, sadly, does have its share of RINOS, which I've hesitated to write about, because there are so many good patriots like you involved with the group. One think I can say, in my years of association with the FRA,, there is not a RINO in the bunch. Thank you again for caring about our country.
I wouldn't disagree with you except to say I'd probably not define them as RINOs, rather as newly-awakened concerned citizens who find it very difficult to believe the Republican Establishment could be so power-hungry. Give 'em time.
You're correct. Most people are stunned at what has happened to our country - while they weren't looking. The one I've had my eye on for a while is an "old timer" lol.
Just got word from Lou Marin that their donation link is up on the website. "Donate Here" FRA State Account. Thanks , in advance to everyone donating!1
My guess us that there are many grassroots Republicans who would contribute to a litigation fund. If one U.S. established, please Kat, would you advertise that fact so donations can begin.
Yes, the FRA is now working with legal counsel and would LOVE our support. Because of the loooong lenggh of the article, I thought I would write about it separately tomorrow. Thank you for asking. You can also go to the Floridarepublicanassembly.org to learn more abouit the organization.
The question is what argument is the FRA pursuing? What I’m hearing is that it is from a religious persecution perspective.
If so that is not the strongest argument and I don’t know how it can prevail because there are plenty of Christians and Jews in their local RECs. The real angle is that we have the right to free assembly and that the FRA is not and has not been adjudicated in violation of copyright laws re the logo and word Republican. By law there can be no barriers to entry as a candidate except the current qualifying criteria (being a party member for a year and not owing money to the party). The RPOF confirms this in Rule 5Dd of the RPOF Rules of procedure:
“A County Executive Committee is prohibited from imposing additional requirements for membership beyond those requirements contained in Florida law.....
They cannot say that the FRA has broken the law without going to court and even if it has they cannot impose any restrictions on membership based on that association.
Thats the case that protects our right to freely associate and assemble.

AT THE FRA, WE PUT GOD FIRST!!!
And that's probably what irritates those RINOs the most ... That they're not God!
Yes! Just as ALL of America should.

Sometimes, God kinda reminds me that I was too, at one time, deceived as to the gross corruption of the Establishment.

Is FRA engaging legal counsel ?
It seems that would be appropriate.

We need Republican Assembly members to file for state committeeman and committeewoman elections. June 10-14 is the time to go to your SOE and file.
My name is Trent Wayman and I am running for State Committeeman in Manatee County
